Haringey’s position was that the Arts Council approach to the future of funding wasn’t dependent on the Council coming up with more cash, and that it wasn't Haringey council therefore, that was putting the future of the centre in jeopardy.
Here’s what the Arts Council said on Thursday:
This was a very welcome last minute offer by Haringey, without which we would not have been able to continue our commitment to Jacksons Lane.
So that’s clear.

Would it be possible for LD Haringey bloggers to advertise what's on at Jackson's Lane - it never seems to get much publicity for what it has to offer, only for its problems.
